How to Use

Arrange sliced sashimi, nigiri or a mixed platter directly on the tray for presentation and service, then fit the lid to protect the contents when carrying to the table or holding in a fridge ahead of service. The lid also makes it practical for takeaway and delivery orders where the platter needs to travel without shifting.

Storage

Wash in warm soapy water after use and dry thoroughly before stacking away. Leave the lid off until the tray is fully dry to avoid trapping moisture, then keep the tray and lid together somewhere clean and dust-free between services.
