Unique to Wakayama prefecture, the addition of umbrella pine gives this gin its sweet, spiky perfume, enriched with juicy satsuma and lemon peel to produce a fuller, tangier palate. Completed with a sprinkling of regional Japanese pepper for an invigorating, spiced finish, this gin immerses you in the uplifting aromas of nature.
