Unlike traditional mirin, Hinode Honteri Mirin is a non-alcoholic mirin-like seasoning made from glucose syrup, water, and other ingredients such as salt and flavour enhancers.
Hinode Honteri Mirin has a slightly sweet, mellow flavour that blends well with other ingredients, such as soy sauce, vinegar, and dashi, to create a wide range of sauces, marinades, and dressings. It is commonly used in teriyaki sauce, glazes for grilled meats and seafood, and as a seasoning for soups and stews!
