Two years ago Michael Wignall took over The Angel at Hetton and everything he’s created since, is a reflection of his passion for Japanese flavour, ethos and culture. Michael has re-imagined The Angel, evolving it into a humble and informal restaurant, where you will find a menu of purposeful dishes.
