Information

Ninben Shiro Dashi Gold 500ml
にんべん 白だし 500ml

Ninben Shiro Dashi Gold is a premium type of Japanese soup stock that is made from high-quality ingredients, including bonito flakes, kelp, and dried sardines. Dashi is an essential ingredient in Japanese cuisine, and Shiro Dashi is a lighter and milder type of dashi that is often used in clear soups and broths.

Made using traditional methods, with carefully selected ingredients that are processed with precision to create a rich and flavourful dashi.

Versatile and easy to use. Simply dilute the concentrate with water and use it as a base for soups, stews, and other dishes. It can also be used as a seasoning to add flavour to stir-fries, marinades, and dressings.

A 500ml bottle of Ninben's white dashi - liquid stock. 10 to 1 concentrate. Great for adding to soup and stocks for added flavour and umami. This is a concentrate and needs diluting by using hot or cold water.

Oden                      1:12
