Amanoya Himemaru Arare is a type of Japanese snack made from bite-sized pieces of crunchy rice crackers called arare. This snack is produced by the Amanoya company, which is based in Kyoto, Japan and has been in operation since 1917!
Named after a type of Japanese ceremonial offering, and is known for its distinctive flavour and texture.
